Some Different Approaches to Tadasana.
This audio CD offers 9 different approaches to Tadasana (Mountain Pose) – each suitable as stand alone practices or as practices that can be incorporated into a general yoga session. These Tadasana sessions vary in length from 3 minutes 40 seconds to just over 9 minutes. This CD does not presume any particular practical experience or knowledge of yoga and is intended to aid the home practice of beginner and advanced students alike.

A Feather and Chakra Contemplation.
This audio CD offers two practices – a chakra closing practice (12 minutes and 42 seconds) and a feather and chakra contemplation practice (26 minutes and 11 seconds). This CD is intended to be an aid for home practice for those who already have experience both of chakra work and meditation type practices.

3 Relaxations Based on Earth Visualizations.
This audio CD offers 3 quite different relaxations based on the earth as a concept. The first is a strength affirmation practice that takes just under 2 minutes and which is included as a relaxation ‘quickie’. The second invites one to entrust one’s weight to the care of the earth and takes a little under 15 minutes. The third works with the idea of the earth as cleansing agent and takes just over 30 minutes.

Some Practices for Muladhara Chakra.
This audio CD offers 5 quite different practices relating to Muladhara chakra : a version of mountain pose, a couple of standing twists, a little foot stretch, some squat work and a supported leg inversion with a relaxing visualization. Each of these can be practised on a stand-alone basis or one can practice them one after the other to make a roughly 60 minute yoga session.

3 Relaxations for Nurturing your Bones.
This audio CD offers 3 quite different relaxations for nurturing your bones. The first is an affirmation practice that takes just under 2 minutes and 20 seconds and which is included as a relaxation quickee. The second invites one to be aware of the different things one’s bones do for one and then to thank the bones for these things, and takes a little over 21 minutes. The third works with the idea of the centre of the Earth being a source of nurturing energy and involves imagining this energy gently hugging the bones and imparting a little extra strength, resilience and vitality to one’s bones. This relaxation takes a little under 36 minutes.
