(Mountain Pose) – each suitable as stand alone practices or as practices that can be incorporated into a general yoga session. These Tadasana sessions vary
in length from 3 minutes 40 seconds to just over 9 minutes. This CD does not presume any particular practical experience or knowledge of yoga and is intended
to aid the home practice of beginner and advanced students alike.
