General Notes :
. Her classes vary greatly.
. Katharina recommends that those interested in attending one of her classes should phone her first to have a chat as she tailors her classes to the varied needs in the class as much as she can.
Some Class information:
- Somatic Pilates : these classes address special needs such as back pain, hip & knee problems and shoulder & arm problems and various health and alignment issues.
- Yoga classes at Halesworth and Easton : these classes are flowing and energising. Quite a lot of standing work.
- Various Special Yoga Classes e.g. one specifically for horse riders; one for those with scoliosis (intended to start in Autumn).

General Notes :
. Tabitha teaches small groups (one to three) in her conservatory (in Badingham village). This gives many of the benefits of both one-to-one sessions and group yoga sessions.
Sessions are very much geared around individual needs/wants. Sessions should be booked in advance – no drop-in sessions available.

. Margaret has been practising yoga for nearly forty years and is a qualified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Her main focus of interest is to communicate the yoga breathing and relaxation techniques to those dealing with progressive illness.
She offers one-to-one or small group sessions for the charity ‘Caring for me – living with and beyond cancer’ and is a voluntary therapist at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich.
Some Class information:
- Monday 7.45 – 9.15pm at Framsden Village Hall. Gentle Relaxing Yoga and Meditation – mixed ability.
- Individual yoga by appointment – Strategies for relieving stress and tension.
